What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading Blueprints: Interpreting basic schematics and wire diagrams to understand assembly sequences.
- Wire Prep: Cutting, stripping, and crimping wires to precise specifications.
- Soldering: Performing basic point-to-point soldering on connectors and terminals.
- Testing: Using multimeters or automated test equipment to ensure continuity and quality.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished harnesses for defects like loose connections or frayed insulation.
