The Role
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform inspections and routine service to ensure maximum uptime.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with engineering to improve reliability and provide technical mentorship to junior mechanics.
- Facility Support: Maintain facility systems and keep accurate records of repairs and inventory.
- Experience: 10+ years as a machine mechanic (focus on CNC, Robotics, and PLCs).
- Technical Mastery: Expert at reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Skills: knowledge of electrical components and precision tools.
- Physical: Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Education: High school diploma required; technical degree/certification preferred.
salary: $62,400 - $87,360 per year

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Repair and replace defective parts, using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics and other team members.
- Help in keeping the Facility systems in good working order.
