The Fundamentals:
- Experience: 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Chops: Hands-on experience with hand tools, electrical equipment, wire harnesses, and PCBs.
- The Fine Details:
- Precision: High attention to detail with a proven track record of passing/rejecting complex assemblies.
- Dexterity: Fine motor skills for assembly, calibration, and packaging tasks.
- Compliance: Must follow strict documented and verbal instructions; must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Manufacturing Savvy: Familiarity with 5S, GDP/GMP, Kanban, and line clearance protocols.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Responsibilities
- Internal Audits of “ready to close” units that have just been packaged – Includes ALL products categorized as “Ready to close”
- Internal Audits of products that are in WIP – ALL products on work orders that have not been closed out are considered Work-in-Progress
- Internal Process Audits – Audits of the products and technicians in their current processes relating to GDP, GMP and proper SOP.
- Internal Audits of technician desks (Line clearance) – Adhering to 5S, GMP, and GDP & 5
- Internal Audits of manufacturing floor – Adhering to 5S & GMP
- Drafting & issuing Non-Conformance Reports when non-conformances are identified
- Updating QC Internal Audit Failure log
- Point-of-contact for quality checks during incoming inspections
- Point-of-contact for technicians and leads on quality-related issues in production
- Assists buyer with rejecting vendor-related product defects
- Other responsibilities may be implemented or assigned to help improve our processes and continuous growth
