If you’re the person who can weld a frame in the morning, troubleshoot a CNC router after lunch, and finish a custom wood assembly before the whistle blows—we want to talk to you. We do custom work, which means every day is a different puzzle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Turning blueprints into reality using metal, wood, and specialized finishes.
- Operating the "heavy hitters": cold saws, table saws, and TIG/MIG rigs.
- Solving problems on the fly to make sure the final product looks like art.

Key Responsibilities
- Metal Fabrication: Perform cutting, grinding, and basic welding (MIG/TIG) for structural frames and decorative components.
- Woodwork & Assembly: Assist in the construction, sanding, and assembly of custom millwork and cabinetry.
- Material Prep: Safely operate shop machinery including table saws, band saws, drill presses, and cold saws.
- Finishing: Apply high-end finishes, including patinas, primers, or clear coats, ensuring a gallery-quality aesthetic.
- Shop Logistics: Assist with loading/unloading materials, crating finished products for shipment, and maintaining a clean, organized shop floor.
- Problem Solving: Interpret shop drawings and blueprints to execute projects with precision and minimal supervision.
