Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment
- Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled machinery, motors, and VFDs
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Quickly respond to equipment downtime to support production
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, motors, and control systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Ability to work Monday–Friday 3 PM – 1 AM

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.

- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled machinery
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Respond quickly to equipment downtime to restore production
- Install, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
