El Picker/Packer es responsable de seleccionar productos con precisión y empacarlos de manera segura para garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban sus pedidos a tiempo y en perfectas condiciones. Requisitos

• Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en almacenes o centros de distribución.
  
  
• Habilidades Técnicas: Capacidad para usar escáneres manuales y tabletas digitales.
  
  
• Condición Física: Capacidad para estar de pie durante todo el turno y levantar hasta 50 libras de forma regular.
  
  
• Actitud: Ser una persona puntual, con ética de trabajo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Responsibilities

• Selección (Picking): Utilizar escáneres de radiofrecuencia (RF Scanners) para localizar y recoger productos de los estantes según las órdenes del día.
  
  
• Empaque (Packing): Verificar que los productos coincidan con la orden, envolverlos de forma segura y colocarlos en cajas de envío siguiendo los estándares de calidad.
  
  
• Control de Inventario: Notificar al supervisor sobre cualquier discrepancia en el inventario o productos dañados.
  
  
• Mantenimiento del Almacén: Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada (metodología 5S) para garantizar un entorno seguro.
