- Pay: $19.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on experience)
- Status: Non-Exempt (Get paid for your overtime!)
- The "4/10" Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Extra Earnings: Occasional Fridays as production needs arise.
What You’ll Do
As our Floor Supervisor, you are the engine of the facility. You will report directly to our Plant Leadership to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Drive Results: Coordinate employee assignments and monitor output to smash production targets.
- Lead the Team: Train, coach, and mentor production staff. You’ll be the one building a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. We take our "Drug-Free Workplace" status seriously to ensure everyone goes home safe.
- Quality Control: Ensure every product leaving the floor meets our high standards—no defects on your watch!
- Troubleshoot: Identify operational hiccups and work with maintenance to keep the machines humming.
Who You Are
You’re a manufacturing veteran who knows how to communicate effectively and keep a team motivated.
The Essentials:
- Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing/production.
- Leadership: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Grit: The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in plastics, foam, or insulation manufacturing.
- A knack for mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience leading shift-based teams.
