The Role Based on Your Experience
- For the Experienced Subject Matter Expert: * If you have 3+ years of experience in filling or packaging, you will serve as a leadership figure on the floor.
- You will lead advanced equipment setups, conduct complex troubleshooting, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to optimize processes.
- Your role includes mentoring and training other technicians to ensure safety and quality standards.

- For those with Mid-Level Experience: * Candidates with 1–3 years of experience will independently operate multiple types of equipment and handle routine machine changeovers.
- You will be responsible for resolving routine mechanical issues and assisting in the training of newer team members.

- For those Starting Out: * If you are early in your career, the minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You will learn to operate basic filling equipment under direct supervision while strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Technical Skills: Must possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to accurately complete production logs and records.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs independently.
