We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Test Technician to support the testing, calibration, and validation of aerospace systems and unmanned aircraft platforms. This role is critical to ensuring product performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Must posses ITAR Clearance and pass a Drug and Background check.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, environmental, and acceptance testing on aerospace components and systems
  
  
• Set up and operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, and specialized fixtures
  
  
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures
  
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical issues
  
  
• Record, analyze, and report test data accurately and clearly
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve test failures and improve product performance
  
  
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment as required
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company, industry, and safety standards
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
  
• 3–6 years of experience in testing, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing
  
  
• strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
  
  
• Hands-on experience with standard lab/test equipment
  
  
• strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100)
  
  
• Familiarity with environmental testing (thermal, vibration, etc.)
  
  
• Experience with automated test systems or LabVIEW
  
  
• IPC certification (e.g., IPC-A-610) is a plus
