Responsibilities

• Technical Assembly: Read and interpret complex work orders to identify specific components and prepare cables by cutting, rolling, and prepping them for connectorization.
• Precision Soldering: Demonstrate high-level mechanical aptitude by soldering connectors and inserting pins onto cable ends with expert precision.
• Quality Testing: Utilize digital gauges for exact depth measurements and operate computer systems to run technical tests, ensuring all cables meet strict quality standards.
• Machine Operation: Professionally operate injection molding machinery to apply the final aesthetic finish to products.
• Detailed Inspection: Follow a rigorous 3-point check process and standard procedures to package, weigh, and palletize finished jumpers for shipment.
• Inventory Control: Maintain sharp attention to detail while assisting with critical inventory management and count control processes.
