Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Prepare machines for production cycles (including calibration, cleaning, and loading raw materials).
- Production Monitoring: Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature) to maintain output quality.
- Quality Inspection: Regularly inspect finished products using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet blueprints or digital specs.
- Troubleshooting: Identify issues during the production run and perform basic mechanical fixes or report complex failures to the maintenance lead.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow OSHA safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (CNC, Injection Molding, or Packaging experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Soft Skills: work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Setup and Calibration: Adjusting machine settings (speed, temperature, or pressure) based on blueprints or digital schematics.
- Operation: Feeding raw materials into the machine and monitoring the process to ensure everything stays within spec.
- Quality Control: Using tools like calipers or micrometers to measure finished parts. If a part is off by even a millimeter, the operator has to figure out why.
- Maintenance: Performing basic "preventative" care, like oiling parts or replacing worn-out blades and drills.
