A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Customer Service Representative looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. 

salary: $45,000 - $45,760 per year

Responsibilities

• Fluent Correspondence: Manage high-volume email queues, drafting professional and grammatically correct responses in both English and Spanish.
  
  
• Verbal Translation: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients over the phone, handling inquiries ranging from product availability to technical application advice.
  
  
• Order Accuracy: Translate customer requirements into internal work orders, ensuring that specific needs for wood stains, finishes, and coatings are accurately captured in our system.
  
  
• Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with Spanish-speaking contractors and distributors to improve retention and ensure they receive the same level of white-glove service as our English-speaking accounts.
  
  
• Documentation: Assist in translating product data sheets or safety labels into Spanish when necessary to support field teams.
