Responsibilities
- Strategic Reliability Planning: Design and monitor a comprehensive Asset Maintenance and Reliability Plan, encompassing predictive/preventive maintenance, spare parts optimization, and full CMMS integration.
- Operational Leadership: Provide direct coaching and technical guidance to the maintenance department through Gemba walks and hands-on performance observations.
- Compliance & Safety: Champion EHS initiatives and ensure all equipment and infrastructure strictly adhere to food safety and regulatory standards.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Utilize failure analysis (FMEA) and maintenance KPIs to identify planned and unplanned losses, directing resources toward the highest-impact opportunities.
- Departmental Management: Supervise a leadership team including the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, Facilities Engineer, MRO Buyer, and Maintenance Planner.
- Project & Capital Management: Identify capital needs for production and safety; manage projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, vendor selection, and onsite supervision.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement standards for breakdown elimination, lubrication, and inventory management while supporting TPM and Autonomous Maintenance pillars.
