Responsibilities
- Undertaking and completion of preventive maintenance activities to plant equipment utilizing the plant computerized maintenance management system
- Troubleshooting equipment problems or failures, determining the appropriate actions for repair, specifying parts and materials needed for repair, and ordering parts as required
- Developing solid, professional working relationships with all plant employees, and responding to requests for maintenance in a timely manner so as to reduce plant equipment downtime
- Must have the ability to complete repairs to equipment with minimal supervision, especially while working on the off-shifts
- Perform all planned and unplanned facility maintenance activities
- Must be knowledgable in general building maintenance, Plumbing and Electrical
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing the essential functions of the job.
• Knowledge of CMMS, PLC, vacuum, electronics, welding, precision measuring instruments and ability to understand Blueprints
