Responsibilities
- Order Accuracy: Locate, pull, and measure textiles according to specific customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect all materials for flaws, color consistency, and defects before cutting or packaging.
- Cutting & Handling: Operate specialized cutting machinery and textile handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Packaging: Securely wrap and box orders to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, adhering to Maharam’s high aesthetic standards.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track stock levels and maintain organized storage.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly workstation according to 5S standards; follow all OSHA safety protocols.
