Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our team and serve as a vital link in our manufacturing excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product—from the initial "in-process" stage to the final finished good—meets our rigorous quality standards. You will act as a key auditor on the floor, verifying that corrective actions are followed and playing a lead role in identifying and managing non-conforming materials.

Beyond the assembly line, you will support our broader quality ecosystem by assisting with high-stakes audits (internal and customer-facing) and managing the quality components of our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.



salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform and report on first-layer assessments for both in-process and finished products.
• Execute quality activities linked to key process and product characteristics.
• Identify, track, and support the disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Verify that corrective actions and process changes are strictly followed on the manufacturing line.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and assessment activities.
• Assist in internal, industry, and customer audits as required.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall quality and efficiency.
• Manage quality-related tasks for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

The essential functions of this role include:
