Beyond the assembly line, you will support our broader quality ecosystem by assisting with high-stakes audits (internal and customer-facing) and managing the quality components of our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

Responsibilities
- Perform and report on first-layer assessments for both in-process and finished products.
- Execute quality activities linked to key process and product characteristics.
- Identify, track, and support the disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Verify that corrective actions and process changes are strictly followed on the manufacturing line.
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and assessment activities.
- Assist in internal, industry, and customer audits as required.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall quality and efficiency.
- Manage quality-related tasks for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
