What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor maintenance teams across multiple shifts, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a high-performance environment.
- Operational Strategy: Prioritize workloads and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure maintenance activities align perfectly with production goals.
- System Optimization: Oversee the diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of sophisticated industrial systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement change using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to minimize downtime.
- Safety First: Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety standards, ensuring all repairs and modifications meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in maintenance management or plant engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with extrusion and anodizing processes is a massive plus.
- Technical Mastery: A foundation in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including proficiency with industrial electronic control systems.
- Leadership DNA: Proven success in leading teams and managing competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
- Process Driven: Familiarity with Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and a desire to move from "reactive" to "proactive" maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the site Maintenance team and deliver both reactive and proactive multi‑skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment, including total preventative maintenance and breakdown management.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance work while improving site operational effectiveness, project delivery, mean time between failure (MTBF), and overall downtime reduction.
- Develop, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support operational goals and ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Drive technical excellence by establishing and maintaining standard policies, procedures, and maintenance processes, while identifying deficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles through enhanced training, work practices, and process optimization.
