Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Class B Driver to join our team in Lindenhurst. This is a local position, meaning you’ll be home every night. The ideal candidate is a professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean driving record and providing excellent service to our local clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class B in accordance with all DOT regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Secure loads properly and ensure the safe transport of goods.
- Maintain accurate electronic or paper logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- License: Valid CDL Class B License.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Driving Record: Must provide a Clean Driving Abstract (no recent moving violations or DUIs).
- Physical: Ability to lift up to [X] lbs and perform [Insert physical tasks, e.g., loading/unloading] as required.
- Reliability: work ethic and punctual arrival for early morning shifts.
