In this role, you aren’t just building boxes—you are engineering the protective shells that ensure our most valuable products arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

salary: $37,500 - $42,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Custom Fabrication: Build and assemble wooden crates and specialized packing components based on detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and custom specifications.
  
  
• Precision Production: Measure and cut lumber with a high degree of accuracy to minimize waste and ensure a perfect fit for specialized shipping needs.
  
  
• Safe Tool Operation: Expertly operate a variety of industrial tools, including:
  
  
  • Table saws and radial arm saws
    
    
  • Pneumatic nail guns and staplers
    
    
  • Power drills and various hand tools
    
    
• Secure Packaging: Load and secure products inside finished crates using blocking, bracing, and padding to prevent movement or damage during transit.
  
  
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Inspect all finished units to ensure they meet structural standards. Maintain a strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
  
  
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean, organized workstation and assist in monitoring the inventory levels of lumber and hardware.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
