Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $25.00+ per hour (BOE)
- Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Note: Initial training will take place on 1st Shift.
- Mechanical Repair: Disassemble/reassemble bearing housings and roll components.
- Technical Execution: Use air tools, torches, and bearing pullers; interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, chains, and sprockets.
- Reporting: Track progress and data using Excel and Word.
- 2+ years of mechanical/manufacturing experience (or equivalent technical training).
- Ability to stand, climb, and lift in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting: Find and fix mechanical problems to keep machines running.
- Documentation: Perform basic data entry in Excel and Word.
- Experience: 2 years of mechanical/manufacturing work or technical training.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Systems: Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, chains, and sprockets.
- Physical: Must be able to lift, climb, and stand for long periods in a shop setting.
