Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision? We are looking for a Quality Control Roll Inspector to serve as the final line of defense for our product integrity. In this role, you aren’t just checking boxes—you’re ensuring that every component leaving our facility meets the highest standards of excellence.
Choose Your Shift
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
The Role: Final Authority on Quality As the final set of eyes on our products, you will be responsible for verifying the craftsmanship of both in-house builds and vendor-supplied parts.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Precision Inspection: Evaluate machined components and assemblies to ensure they meet strict specifications.
- Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate ISO records and lead internal quality audits to keep us compliant.
- Shipping Approval: Provide the final "stamp of approval" for all outgoing shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with production teams and keep management informed of any quality trends or concerns.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing/mechanical environment OR 2 years of formal technical training.
- Technical Savvy: strong mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of quality management systems (specifically ISO standards).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Must have a High School Diploma/GED and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
