- Cost Analysis: Explain "Standard vs. Actual" variances in labor, overhead, and materials.
- BOM Management: Audit Bills of Materials and engineering stocks to ensure precise costing.
- Planning: Forecast work schedules against demand, shipping, and stock rotation.
- Month-End Support: Manage WIP, freight, and duties data for timely financial closing.
- Floor Validation: Spend time on the manufacturing floor to observe processes and validate data.
- KPI Strategy: Define and track manufacturing metrics with the Operations Head.
- Degree: B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
- Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing operations or analysis.
- Skills: Product costing, ERP data management, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities
- Cost Variance Analysis: Monitor and report on "Standard vs. Actual" production costs, providing technical explanations for price and efficiency variances.
- BOM & Process Integrity: Audit and maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOMs) and engineering store stocks to ensure precise product costing.
- Data Synthesis: Consolidate complex warehouse and production data into simplified, actionable reports for the Operations and Finance leadership teams.
- Demand & Work Planning: Forecast and plan warehouse operations, aligning labor and resource schedules with shipping, receiving, and stock rotation requirements.
- Financial Month-End Support: Execute month-end closing activities for manufacturing costs, including labor/overhead absorption, WIP, freight, and duties.
- KPI Governance: Partner with the Operations Head to define, track, and analyze manufacturing KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Floor Validation: Perform regular on-site observations within the manufacturing process to validate data accuracy and identify physical bottlenecks.
