- Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand English work instructions and basic blueprints/schematics.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Vision: Must have the ability to differentiate between colored wires and small electronic components.
- Compliance: Ability to follow strict safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Solderer to join our production team. In this role, you will perform precision hand-soldering and mechanical assembly of batteries, chargers, and power systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment where quality and accuracy are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Soldering: Perform high-quality hand-soldering of electronic components, including wires, connectors, pins, and circuit boards (CCAs).
- Component Assembly: Assemble batteries and electronic sub-assemblies following engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
- Through-Hole & SMT: Work with both through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components.
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect solder joints and assemblies to ensure they meet IPC standards and company quality requirements.
- Technical Tasks: Apply adhesives/compounds, cut tape, strip wires, and install mechanical fasteners (screws, tie wraps).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and initial completed products as required.
