Responsibilities

Support the sales team across all aspects of the business cycle including:

• Full Cycle Order Management: Execute the end-to-end back office sales process, including account setup, quoting, product purchasing, and inventory control.
  
  
• Global Logistics & Compliance: Coordinate domestic and international import/export transport while ensuring strict adherence to federal and company compliance regulations.
  
  
• Financial Oversight: Manage credit lines, process billing/payments, and proactively track collections to minimize past-due accounts and inventory aging.
  
  
• Strategic Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, report forecast data, and troubleshoot complex logistics issues.
  
  
• Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for customers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure seamless global service delivery.
