This is not a "desk-only" role. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex assembly and rigorous quality standards, utilizing a background in electronic manufacturing to ensure every component meets mission-critical specifications. You will be responsible for inspecting intricate assemblies, PCBs, and mechanical components to ensure 100% compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
- etailed Inspection: Perform visual and mechanical inspections of electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components (PCBs, cables, harnesses) to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Standards Compliance: Conduct inspections following IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) and J-STD-001 (Soldering Requirements) standards.
- In-Process & Final Audit: Monitor assembly lines to catch defects early and perform final "buy-off" inspections before products are cleared for shipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate quality records, including First Article Inspections (FAI) according to AS9102 standards.
- Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials (MRB process) and assist in root-cause analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the assembly team to provide feedback and technical guidance on soldering and assembly techniques to reduce rework.
