Shift: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
About the Company A small, tight-knit, family-owned business that specializes in safety. We build and install the guards that keep workers safe around industrial machinery. We’re proud of what we do, but we’re even prouder of the team we’ve built.
If you want a job where you can work with your hands, learn a specialized trade, and be part of a laid-back, supportive team, this is the place for you.
The Role We are looking for a General Saw Cutter to join our production team. This is an entry-level position, meaning if you have a good attitude and a willingness to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know. You’ll be responsible for cutting materials to specific lengths to keep our orders moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do As a Machine Guard Installer, you are the final piece of the puzzle. You’ll be helping us assemble and secure protective shielding, rails, and enclosures onto industrial equipment.
No experience? No problem. This is an entry-level role. As long as you are handy with basic tools and have a "measure twice, cut once" mindset, we will provide all the training you need.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembly: Putting together custom safety guards using basic hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, etc.).
- On-Site Installation: Assisting the team in mounting guards onto machinery at our facility and occasionally at local client sites.
- Measurement: Helping to verify dimensions to ensure every guard fits perfectly.
- Problem Solving: Adjusting fitment on the fly to make sure everything is secure and functional.
- Teamwork: Working closely with our lead installers to get the job done right.
- You’re comfortable using basic power tools and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
- You care about the quality of your work—safety is our business, so the details matter
- Reliability and Reliable Transportation: We’re a small team, so we rely on each other to show up and help out.
- Great Attitude: We have a friendly, no-ego workspace. We’re looking for someone who fits that culture.
- No Stress Culture: We work hard, but we don't believe in "burnout"
- Hands-On Training: We won’t throw you to the wolves; we’ll teach you.
