Operating of die cutting presses and perform visual in process inspect of output. • Makes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements • Assists with physical inventory • Maintains expected business level of quality control on all items produced Other Duties:  Other duties as assigned by manager Skills • Attention to detail and ability follow written and directed work instructions. • Applicants should possess the ability to interact with supervisor, and team-members in a professional manner. • Requires basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division The ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Qualifications • No experience required, paid On-The-Job training will begin Day One. • A high school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of standing • Lifting up to 50 lbs
