The Role
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Mechanic to keep our production and packaging lines running at peak performance. You’ll be the go-to for troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping the floor efficient.
salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Fix, maintain, and troubleshoot production and packaging machinery.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) and inspections.
- Support packaging lines, conveyors, and sealing equipment.
- Minimize downtime by responding quickly to mechanical issues.
- Help with the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Work with the production team to coordinate repairs around the schedule.
- Keep the shop and floor safe and compliant with safety standards.
