Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Monitor production processes including filling, packaging, and labeling operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, and SQF
- Perform documentation and record-keeping for quality checks and audits
- Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and potential quality issues
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Verify sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to maintain product quality
- working in a smoke free environment
