- Install & Commission: Set up, start up, and commission advanced cooling systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and thermal issues.
- Maintain: Perform vital preventative maintenance, including system inspections, fluid checks, and performance verification.
- Collaborate: Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve field issues and improve product design.
- Travel: Work independently in field environments with approximately 50% travel (primarily domestic, occasional international).
- Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/HVAC-R, mechanical or electrical systems, or data center environments.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required ; technical/trade school or military training is preferred.
- Skills: Basic troubleshooting skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems and communication skills.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain/maintain a passport.
- Physical Ability: Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working in physically active industrial environments.

- Technical Execution: Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and performance validation. Perform complex troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and thermal systems in live environments.
- Customer Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact during site visits. Train customers on system operation and manage high-impact issues through to resolution.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Provide field feedback to R&D and Engineering to drive product improvement. Mentor junior staff and third-party partners.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain rigorous documentation (service reports, CAPAs) and uphold strict safety standards, including stop-work authority.
