Atmus/Cummins is hiring for assembly positions in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
Pay & Benefits:
- $16.00/hr base pay
- Time and a half ($24/hr) for all hours over 40
- Double pay ($32/hr) for Sunday shifts (requires perfect attendance for the week)
- Attendance bonus
- 8-hour shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am
- Please Note: This position requires flexibility. The client will assign your schedule based on production needs; you cannot choose your own shift.
- This is a high-overtime position.
- The current schedule requires working 19 consecutive days followed by 2 days off.
- Role: Assembly
- Lifting: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- PPE: You must provide your own steel-toed shoes. Safety glasses will be provided by the client.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.
Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
Coaches and mentors team members.
The essential functions of this role include:
