Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot the Vega gluing machine to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Oversee feeding, folding, and gluing operations to identify machine malfunctions and maintain consistent quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and verify conformance to job specifications and work orders.
- Perform minor maintenance, adjustments, calibrations, and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Accurately complete production paperwork and maintain required documentation for each job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Meet established production deadlines and performance objectives for each shift.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
