Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Perform the tasks associated with receiving and staging raw materials.
- Perform the tasks of weighing small components using the Remstar system.
- Perform the tasks associated with operating the Warner Pfleiderer Mixer.
- Operate the 60" Stewart Mill, Stock Blender and Krupp Batch-Off.
- Perform tasks related to the Mill Lab. This includes Tens-Tech, Shore Hardness tester, Tech-Pro MDR and Densi-Tech.
- Perform tasks associated with preforming of material, such as Extrusion, Cutting Pellets and Padding of material.
- Work in a safe manner while observing all safety procedures.
- Must be able to navigate and enter data into the computer.
- Read, Comprehend, and demonstrate ability to follow documented procedures and/or other instructions.
- Meet or exceed daily production goals and Quality requirements.
- Understand and meet yearly KPI targets.
- Willingness to embrace new technology.
- Maintain positive personal behavior, attendance and open to change.
- Follow “GDP”(good documentation practices) to ensure compliance to applicable standards.
- Must be able to work any shift as needed.
- Maintain daily 5S and housekeeping requirements and schedules.
