Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety compliance and 5S metrics.
- Lead machine set-ups and changeovers and report results by job.
- Meet throughput targets and defined quality performance objectives.
- Measure and report throughput, quality and scrap.
- Lead, teach and coach competitive and Core Value centered operational behaviors.
- Review operational execution during shift by asset to ensure strategic compliance.
- Maximize human asset capacity and utilization.
- Assist Execution Specialist with skill development training.
- Lead preventive maintenance initiatives and recommend process improvements.
- Lead production trial execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure timely strategic communication and results.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Behavior change, leadership experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of electronically controlled equipment
- Technical expertise and problem-solving skills
- Process improvement team leadership skills
- Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong operations experience with excellent analytical skills
