Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular cycle counts and audits
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
