- Tool Proficient: Very comfortable using table saws, drills, and pneumatic tools to get the job done right.
- Good eye for detail: Makes sure joints are tight and everything is lined up according to the blueprints or shop drawings.
- Efficient in the shop: Understands how to keep a steady pace to meet production goals while keeping his workspace safe and organized.
