Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, start, and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production runs.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and report any mechanical issues or inconsistencies in the production process.
- Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production numbers, material usage, and any incidents.
- Safety: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements & Physical Demands
- Experience: Previous experience operating industrial machinery is required.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Flexographic, printing, lamination, or packing machines is highly encouraged and will be prioritized.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand and move for the full 8-hour shift.
- Lifting: Must be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift is essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to work occasional overtime based on production demands.
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or instructions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and production counting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
