Schedule: 1st Shift | Rotating Schedule (Includes weekends/overtime)
Core Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), and PLC-controlled systems.
- Team Leadership: Train technicians in troubleshooting, welding (TIG/MIG), and machining; assist management with scheduling and priority setting.
- System Management: Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, track KPIs, and develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Safety & Quality: Uphold GMP, ISO, and HACCP standards; ensure all improvements follow change control protocols and maintain a safe workspace.
- 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience (high-speed packaging preferred).
- strong proficiency in PLCs, motor controls, blueprint reading, and shop tools.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and maintain a forklift license.
- strong communication skills with a passion for teaching and team collaboration.

- Leadership & Training: Mentoring staff in troubleshooting and shop skills, while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional departments.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all operations adhere to GMP, ISO, and OSHA standards, including maintaining a forklift certification and managing change control processes.
- Operational Support: Executing equipment installs, managing changeovers, and providing flexible shift support to meet production demands.
