Responsibilities
- Mechanical Repairs: Provide emergency and scheduled repairs for industrial machinery, including conveyors, hydraulic balers, and large-scale printing/cutting equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine PM schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of high-speed production lines.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical (AC/DC), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Building Upkeep: Perform general facility maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards, to maintain a zero-accident workspace.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of work orders, parts inventory, and machine history.
