Randstad is hiring an Access Control Program Manager (Locksmith) to manage key systems across Austin-area sites. Responsibilities include key issuance, lock maintenance, SOP development, and audit-ready access records to ensure secure, compliant facility access. Benefits include the following:

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, and repair locks and door hardware
• Works directly with vendors to install locks and establish key management protocols on a new project
• Manage lock and key control program at legacy site (installation, removal, rekeying, documenting)
• Cut and issue physical keys, and maintain accurate records of keys, including unassigned keys
• Update organization Key Control Standard Operating Procedures to reflect design and changes
• Provide timely and professional responses to written and verbal customer requests
• Maintain a Security Focus: Exercise an understanding of risk management and compliance standards while protecting the property
