Randstad is looking for skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operators to join a top-tier manufacturing facility in Shirley, NY. Our client is a leader in their industry and is looking for dedicated individuals to help maintain high production standards. salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output.
  
  
• Troubleshooting: Perform basic machine adjustments and minor repairs to maintain production flow.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict quality specifications.
  
  
• Material Loading: Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines.
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, including output counts, scrap rates, and downtime.
  
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
