Responsibilities
- Correctly changing the print cylinders in and out, based on the planning
- Staging the next production cycle (printing rollers, ink, zero points)
- Visually checking and adjusting the current production cycle (general printing image, reporting, printing stripes, enough ink for next run, etc)
- Cleaning up the past production and the used rollers (e.g. always clean the ink containers)
- Replacing the DR blades when necessary
- Inspecting for any damage of the print cylinders
- Operating the crane, overhead and in print units 1-11
