We are looking for a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our team for a 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shift. This role is critical to our warehouse flow, focusing on high-level accuracy in product placement and retrieval. We need a professional operator who understands that "Receiving feeds Inventory"—if it isn't put away correctly, it can't be sold.

Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Pay: $20.00/hr Overtime: Must be available for at least 2 hours of daily overtime as needed. Requirements: Pre-employment background check and lab drug screen required.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Putaway: Using a Reach Truck to safely move and rack incoming inventory from the Receiving docks.
  
  
• Replenishment & Picking: Supporting the picking team by pulling inventory from high-bay locations to active picking zones.
  
  
• Inventory Integrity: Verifying SKU numbers and quantities to ensure system accuracy—focusing on "correct over fast."
  
  
• General Support: Assisting with manual sorting, pallet wrapping, or dock work as workload shifts.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Equipment Expertise: Proven experience operating a Reach Truck in a narrow-aisle or high-volume environment.
  
  
• High Reliability: With daily OT on the table, we need someone with a "count-on-me" attendance record.
  
  
• Detail Focused: A strong "inventory mindset" and the ability to follow structured processes without taking shortcuts.
  
  
• Coachability: A team player who takes direction well and maintains a positive attitude during busy shifts.
