Responsibilities
- Issuing BBTs or placement of Q-Code based on defect catalog information
- Evaluate and recommend wafer scrap to unit parts
- Monitor inventory levels and skip material as needed
- Monitors trends by observing change points and feeding back issues to the appropriate unit part
- Daily trend monitoring to identify dog tools
- Evaluation of data to close Q-Code and Urgent BBT events
