If you are a fabricator who takes pride in "building it right the first time," we want to hear from you!  We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the layout, fit-up, and welding of structural steel bases, industrial piping, and custom enclosures.

This is not a "repeat-style" assembly line position. Most projects are custom-engineered, offering unique challenges that require a craftsman’s touch, technical precision, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Welding: Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  
  
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and weld symbols to ensure exact specifications are met.
  
  
• Layout & Fit-up: Accurately cut, grind, and position parts using saws, torches, and various hand tools.
  
  
• Mechanical Assembly: Assist in the assembly of large-scale equipment packages, including mounting motors, pumps, and silencers.
  
  
• Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets structural integrity requirements and aesthetic company standards.
  
  

*****Technical Skill: Proficiency in MIG welding is required; TIG and Flux-core experience is highly preferred*****



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
