Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Core Logistics (35%): Execute high-volume warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving using forklifts and RF scanners.
  
  
• Performance Excellence (25%): Meet and exceed production targets and performance metrics to ensure contract success.
  
  
• Precision Shipping (20%): Lead the accurate staging, auditing, and loading/unloading of trucks to ensure 100% order accuracy.
  
  
• Documentation (10%): Manage essential warehouse paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), return processing, and picking sheets.
  
  
• Technical Support (10%): Provide "first-response" technical and maintenance support for the automated packing systems to keep production lines moving.
  
  
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:
