Randstad is looking for a warehouse specialist for a distribution company on the Southside of Jacksonville. At least 3–5 years of warehouse experience is required. Key requirements include proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), forklift operation, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy items, often up to 50 lbs.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Experience: 3–5+ years in warehouse operations, shipping, or receiving, with previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; some employers may prefer an associate degree in logistics or business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SCM+), barcode scanning equipment, and software like Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Valid forklift operator certification is frequently required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, work in varying temperatures, and lift/move products up to 75 pounds.
- Knowledge: strong understanding of OSHA safety standards, inventory control, and logistics procedures
