- Experience: 3 years’ experience in metal fabrication, with CNC experience required.
- Technical Skills: Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatics is preferred.
- Physical Readiness: Capability to stand, kneel, and climb frequently, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime and some weekends when workload requires.

Core Responsibilities
- Assembly & Fabrication: Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies using hand tools or machines.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, assembly instructions, and bills of materials.
- Equipment Operation: Position and align parts manually or by utilizing hoists and forklifts.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks and verify specifications by measuring completed components.
- Wiring Assistance: Assist in the wiring of assemblies and complex machinery.
- Maintenance & Inventory: Complete preventive maintenance on tools and equipment; track inventory levels and verify receipt of supplies.
- Problem Solving: Resolve assembly issues by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors if additional resources are needed.
