Responsibilities
Helping develop and expand Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001
Coordinating and conducting internal, supplier, and external audits to ensure regulatory
compliance
Investigating quality issues and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Managing quality assurance teams, providing training, and ensuring production schedules are
met
Monitoring supplier performance through scorecards and audits to ensure material standards
are maintained
Editing quality procedures and work instructions as needed for compliance and operational
efficiency
