Responsibilities

• Process Control & Optimization: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans (PCP) and inspection standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
  
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into non-conforming materials (MRB) using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone diagrams to prevent recurrence.
  
  
• Compliance & Auditing: Maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 (or AS9100/IATF 16949 if applicable). Conduct internal process and product audits.
  
  
• Measurement & Calibration: Manage the calibration program for all precision tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.) to ensure measurement system analysis (MSA) integrity.
  
  
• Supplier Quality: Partner with procurement to evaluate supplier performance and conduct off-site audits to ensure raw material integrity.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce scrap rates and improve manufacturing throughput.
